Good lord! Marvel comics must be hemorrhaging money. In addition to having three times as many titles as DC does on this week’s Pull List, over a quarter of those titles are new releases or title changes related to the “Dark Reign” event that, let’s face it, most people wish would end! Its a pretty big list this week, Marvel comes in on top with 30 titles, while DC puts out 11 titles. Hey, quality over quantity folks. Don’t forget: just because it isn’t on the list doesn’t mean it isn’t good.

VIDEO: The Pull List! Week of May 28, 2009
In The Pull List! on May 25, 2009 at 11:00 amSo this week, I decided to try something new! Your Pull List is now in a convenient, bite size format, in the form of the video below. Its still pretty experimental, but the goal is to start including a lot more video content, since its much easier to digest than long winded articles…though, don’t get me wrong, there will still be plenty of written articles and reviews; we simply don’t have the time or resources to do videos of everything at this stage.
Hope you enjoyed it! Leave a comment and let us know what you think for future episodes.

The Pull List! Week of April 29, 2009
In The Pull List! on April 28, 2009 at 1:00 pmSo here we are again. A new week, a new Pull List. Derk just finished up college for the semester, and my temp assignment just ended, so expect me to get the site back to its full running potential during this lapse. In the meantime, why not pick up some ad space to show off your website and help support ours? I’m also looking into launching a store so you can purchase official HomeWorld merchandise.
In the meantime, here’s this week’s Pull List! Legion of Three Worlds makes its return, as it edges closer to its grand finale, while an old friend from the X-Men’s past makes their shocking return. As always, this is just the list of purchases I recommend, but just because its not on the list doesn’t mean it isn’t good! If you enjoy this article, leave a comment to let us know, or hit the button the left and leave us a DIGG.

The Pull List! Week of March 25, 2009
In The Pull List! on March 25, 2009 at 10:00 amLooks like a pretty solid format has been nailed for the pull list! I’ll be highlighting at least 3 comics from each publisher each week, but I’ll be featuring as an aside other books. I won’t tell you everything, but I’ll tell you what’s coming out that I enjoy and that I think you should check out…not that you shouldn’t check out what’s not in the list!
Yes, I know, I usually have thumbnails of the covers up, but as I’m writing this, my head is exploding with pain. I’ll get them up soon-ish.
